Completely remodeled in 2018. We have lived in the house for 10 years. It was my parent's home before that. In 2016 the house was severely damaged by a fire. The fire completely destroyed an apartment over the garage (which was not rebuilt). The fire entered the main house through the kitchen, den, and gathering room. Smoke and water required that all of the house's drywall, ceilings, insulation, and flooring be removed. Framing that was not replaced was sprayed with at least 3 coats of kilz. Due to code upgrades the entire house was re-wired and re-plumbed. New AC units and ductwork, hot water heater, and 22 kw generator. All new appliances. All doors, windows, cabinets, counter tops, and trim were also replaced. All new LED lighting throughout. Garage doors, door lock, thermostats, sprinker system, alarm, cameras, and some lights can be controlled from cellphone. The house is approx. 4700 sq. ft. with daylight basement. And 4 car garage on the main level.
